“Our room was spotless, and I enjoyed the setting, but I was very disappointed when I wanted to use the pool and was asked to pay an extra £10 per person. How can a hotel guest be expected to pay to use the hotel's own pool? I have stayed in many hotels—in Scotland, Venice, Germany, Spain—and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I found it to be in very poor taste and disrespectful to the guest!.On top of that, as a guest, you have to pay 24 pounds a day... I hope...

“Staff fantastic. Location convenient. Definitely value for money. Decor is funny because rooms are massive so it feels like they’re hard to fill. Shower wasn’t very cold, is only a negative because of the outrageous heat at the minute. Assume AC was broke because we got given fans”

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro sulla strada principale, a due passi dalla stazione, dal Castello e da ristoranti e negozi. Nonostante la movida notturna la camera è molto silenziosa. Un hotel storico in pieno centro a Cardiff perfetto per visitare con comodità la città!!”
